Returns and complaints policy

Orders containing an equestrian intercom or with a value exceeding PLN 399 are covered by free delivery within Poland. This is our way of thanking you for choosing our products.

Orders are shipped within 48 hours of being placed, excluding Sundays. Our priority is for you to enjoy your purchases as quickly as possible.

You can choose between several delivery options to adapt it to your preferences:

• Parcel machine InPost
• Parcel machine Orlen
• Courier InPost
• Parcel machine Orlen
• Courier InPost
• DPD courier

When purchasing an intercom, delivery to an Inpost or Orlen parcel locker is free. By choosing the parcel locker delivery option, you contribute to environmental protection. Fewer individual courier deliveries mean a smaller carbon footprint, which has a positive impact on our planet.

In other cases, delivery costs are as follows:

• InPost parcel locker: PLN 10
• Orlen parcel locker: PLN 10
• InPost courier: PLN 18
• DPD courier: PLN 18

After sending the package, you will receive a tracking number in a separate e-mail. This allows you to track your order and know when you will receive it.

We also ship our products outside Poland. The delivery cost is then PLN 60 (EUR 15).
