It ensures a free conversation between the trainer and the rider, perfect both on the training ground and in the hall.

  • Can you test the product before purchasing?

    Yes, you have 14 days to test the eQuestConnect headset. If it does not meet your expectations, you can return the device. Remember that the returned goods cannot be damaged.

  • Is delivery free?

    Yes, we offer free delivery within Poland for orders containing an equestrian intercom or over PLN 399 (EUR 100).

  • What is the time to process the order?

    Your order will be shipped within 48 hours of placing your order, except Sundays.

  • What are the delivery options?

    We offer delivery via InPost or Orlen parcel machines, as well as InPost or DPD couriers. If you want to use the services of other couriers, please contact us.

  • What is the return or complaint procedure?

    If you want to return the product, please inform us by e-mail within 14 days of receiving the shipment. Complaints can also be submitted by e-mail. Products subject to return or complaint must not show traces of use or damage.

  • Is it possible to purchase additional accessories?

    Yes, we offer the possibility of purchasing clips, headphones and chargers for the eQuestConnect trainer-rider set.

  • Is it possible to meet us in person?

    Sure, we go to competitions several times a year. Follow our Instagram and stay up to date with our events!
